CRAIG S. GUNTHER
Craig S. Gunther represents public agencies in a variety of civil litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Gunther has extensive experience in civil litigation, technology licensing and finance.
Mr. Gunther has represented a number of public agencies and corporations. He was previously an attorney with the firms of Brobeck, Pleger & Harrison, LLP, Klein & Martin, LLP and Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP. He served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for Nicholas Enterprises, was the Founder and Managing Director of Blade Ventures, and has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman for various privately held technology companies. Mr. Gunther has also worked as a practicing engineer designing application specific integrated circuits.
Mr. Gunther earned his law degree from Loyola Law School. He earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the University of California.
